WE WON!!

Keely had a Family Fun Night at her school! It was full of games, bouncy houses, pizza and gift baskets. The baskets were all themed and you could buy tickets with your name on it and place them in whatever basket you wanted. Well we bought 18 tickets and put a bunch in all of the family games baskets, summer fun basket etc. We put one ticket in the cooking together basket and guess what...thats the one we won. It had tons of cook books, cooking utencils etc. and a IPOD shuffle. It definitely made our Family F|un Night very fun!! Thanks Cottonwood for a fun evening!! Wish you could of been there Sammy!!

Weilands Art Fair

Weiland and I had a date tonight. We went to his Art Fair at school. He is an awesome artist!! I forgot my camera so I had to take pics with my phone. It was fun to have him show my his art and then to have dessert with him at his school. Hes such a sweet boy!! You can tell his teachers adore him. He gave each of them a huge hug! It was a very fun evening with my little man!!
Weiland drew a pic of himself. His was the closest to looking like a real person!

Alien Girl

Keely dressed up as an alien for Alien Day at school. It was a Sunday when she informed me of this so we had to get creative since we didn't want to go shopping. We used cosmetic sponges for the atennas and colored them with markers and glitter paint. Then we cut the toes off some toe socks to make weird skin as she called it and then we put baby headbands on her legs. And to finish it off some makeup around the eyes. We had fun!!

Easter Egg Hunt

We went to Utah for Easter this year since Sam was gone. It was fun to be with family over the holiday weekend to fill the void of not having Sam there. I flew with the three kids by myself and they were awesome both ways!! Thank heaven for good flyers!! On the way there...Keely sat with a girl who let her play with her phone and then on the way home this guy behind me offered to hold Jax for a bit. He had triplets that just left for college so he was missing them and asked me if he could hold Jaxie. Thank you sir!! Jax is quite a hefty fellow so i was all for it! My little sister Karli and her family came down from Vegas to hang with us. Holly and Noah live near my parents so they came and hung out too. Noah is a good cousin and entertained the kids alot. He unfortunately wasn't with us on Easter. We all pitched in for Easter dinner and made ham, funeral potatoes, fruit, deviled eggs, and had ice cream for dessert. It was a funfilled weekend except for ear infections and colds.

Seeing the Kidd Klan

When I took the kiddos to my parents for Easter we got a chance to see my inlaws and the kids cousins. It was a fun day! We went to lunch...easter shopping and then to my parents for some running around in the back yard. Here are all the kiddos!!

Getting Down With Mama Goose

Keely had a first and second grade preformance a couple of weeks ago called "Getting Down With Mama Goose." The songs were so cute and Keely did an amazing job preforming. Its fun to watch her perform because she really gets into the moves and using her mouth to excentuate the words. LOL ...She is very adorable!! So I took pics of her performance but I could not get close enough with two boys and no husband so I got what I could. After the performance I asked her if she wanted to get some pics with her friends and she was very excited. I think that was more fun for her than performing. Oh yeah! Here is a funny story about this boy in her class...

So his name is ....oh crap I forgot what it is....well anyway as we are walking into the preformance her boyfriend (or as she would say with finger quotes he thinks I am his "girlfriend".) Anyway he jumps out of his car in his suit and says "KEELY!! Look!!" and holds his hands out to have her check out his outfit. She is like ...um Ok! This boy is very funny...he says to her "Thank you my love" when she passes out papers in class. Anyway here are some pics with her friends, teachers and principal.

Sam swearing in to the Wisconsin State Bar

Sam swearing in to the Wisconsin State Bar
This was a really neat experience. Sam got to go in front of the Supreme Court Judges and be sworn into the bar. It was kinda intimidating seeing all six judges up there. I would never want to be on trial with those six judges. The court room was awesome with all the beautiful artwork and it was great to see Sam accomplish what he had worked so hard for over the last three years!

Keely's First Day of Kindergarten

Keely's First Day of Kindergarten
Keely has been so ready to go to school since she was 18 months old. She is a brain just like her dad! She was very excited to get into her school clothes and had to have her scarf just so for her first day. She let me drive her the first day but would not let me walk her in. Now she rides the bus to and from school. I can't believe how independent she is. It is very cute to watch Weiland run to her at the end of the driveway and give her a kiss and hug goodbye. They are getting so big it amazes me everyday!! Sometimes its hard to get her to look at the camera. Some of the pics she is focusing on other things. It cracks me up!

My little Picasso

My little Picasso
Weiland was painting the other day and decided to have me paint on his body for him...we had a blast! My son is such a perfectionist that if I did not put it symmetrical to the other arm etc. he would get mad. He is such a character!!
